1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CayneticVPN. CayneticVPN is based in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and provides online-only VPN configuration files compatible with the WireGuard application (the "Service").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the VPN configuration files we provide. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Access to the Service

CayneticVPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the provided WireGuard configuration files strictly for personal or business VPN use in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is delivered entirely online; we do not distribute software or hardware. You are responsible for installing and maintaining the WireGuard app required to use the configuration files.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Your Account

To access certain downloads, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your account at our discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

CayneticVPN offers subscription plans to access and download WireGuard configuration files. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance, on your chosen billing cycle (monthly, annual, or biennial), and are non-refundable except as set out in Section 5.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. We may change subscription fees with advance notice; continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Refund Policy

All refunds are pro-rata. If you cancel your subscription, you will receive a refund calculated based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the Service:

• To engage in illegal activities or to infringe upon third-party rights
• To distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• To share, resell, or otherwise redistribute VPN configuration files without authorization
• To evade network restrictions imposed by content providers without proper authorization

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access or attempts to breach our infrastructure
• Conducting DDoS attacks or other network disruptions
• Using the Service for cryptocurrency mining without consent
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service

We may terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including WireGuard configuration files, website design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of CayneticVPN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Review any such third-party policies before use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CayneticVPN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CayneticVPN and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by discontinuing use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
