General Questions
CayneticVPN provides WireGuard configuration files you import into the WireGuard app to encrypt your internet connection, protect your privacy, and bypass geo-restrictions.
We generate and deliver WireGuard config files for servers in multiple regions. You install the WireGuard app, import a config file, and connect. All your traffic is then encrypted and routed through our VPN servers.
You should use CayneticVPN to:
- Protect data on public Wi-Fi
- Maintain anonymity online
- Access content restricted by region
- Secure your connection while traveling
Since we deliver standard WireGuard configs, you can use any device supported by the WireGuard app, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
Account Questions
To sign up:
- Go to our Sign Up page
- Enter your email and choose a password
- Select a subscription plan
- Complete payment
Yesâvisit your account dashboard to upgrade or downgrade. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at period end.
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your email, then follow the link you receive to set a new password.
In your dashboard, go to "Subscription Settings" and click "Cancel Subscription". Youâll keep access until the end of your billing cycle and receive a pro-rata refund.
Technical Questions
Steps to connect:
- Install the WireGuard app on your device
- Download your .conf file from our dashboard
- Import the .conf file into WireGuard
- Enable the tunnelâyour connection is now secure
Troubleshooting tips:
- Verify you imported the correct .conf file
- Try a different server config
- Restart the WireGuard app
- Ensure no firewall is blocking WireGuard (UDP port 51820 by default)

Encryption adds slight overhead, but our WireGuard servers are optimized for speed. For best performance, choose a server nearest you.
We currently support only WireGuardÂŽ, which offers top-tier speed and security.
Billing Questions

All plans include a 30-day pro-rata guarantee. Cancel within 30 days for a refund of unused days. Email [email protected].
Yesâauto-renew is on by default. Disable it in "Subscription Settings" in your dashboard.

Security & Privacy
Nothingâbut account email and payment details are stored. We do not log traffic, IPs, timestamps, or DNS queries.
VPNs are legal in most countries but may be restricted in some. Check your local laws before use.
Yesâour no-logs policy and server setup undergo regular independent audits. Reports are available on our website.
